Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all warehouse and logistics operations during weekend shifts.
- Manage inventory levels, perform stock counts, and ensure accurate inventory reconciliation.
- Supervise and train part-time weekend staff to ensure high performance standards.
- Monitor operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Generate and analyze operational reports to optimize weekend throughput.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or warehouse management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently, make critical decisions under pressure, and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid California driver's license and a clean driving record.
