Responsibilities

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or Business preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, operations, or customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high technical aptitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the contract.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace are mandatory.
