Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Freight: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and verify incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure stock accuracy.
- Packing & Shipping: Assemble, pack, and label products for shipment according to company standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols while operating equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) and holidays.
- Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation to and from the facility.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when scanning barcodes and counting inventory.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to perform basic calculations for packaging and shipping.
- Background Check: Must be willing to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
