Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport merchandise safely and efficiently within the warehouse facility.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accuracy of stock against warehouse management systems.
- Prepare and package items for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) in accordance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits as required by management.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and ticket verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Jose facility.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
