As a Weekend Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly while our weekday teams focus on planning. This role offers the perfect work-life balance for those who enjoy their weekends off.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory counts and stock replenishment with 100% accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders efficiently using RF scanners.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse workspace.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues quickly.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and math proficiency.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Reliable transportation to the Tucson facility.
