Your Role
As a key member of our Fort Worth facility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly. We value safety, efficiency, and teamwork above all else.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily loading and unloading of freight with speed and accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of shipments to meet customer standards.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and OSHA safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow employees to ensure operational flow.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
