Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently and safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to scan and track inventory accuracy.
- Prepare and package customer orders with high attention to detail to ensure damage-free delivery.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve logistical issues and optimize workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with a reliable attendance record.
