Responsibilities
- Perform efficient picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock rotation.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and KPIs.
- Process incoming shipments and verify contents against packing lists.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
