Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Manage inventory accuracy by performing regular stock counts and cycle counts.
- Execute order fulfillment tasks, including picking, packing, and labeling shipments.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and adheres to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in accordance with safety regulations.
- Handle customer returns and process them into the inventory system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) with reliability.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver’s license (not required for all roles but preferred).
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is a plus.
