Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun, 8AM-6PM)
- Coordinate patient intake, vitals monitoring, and medical documentation
- Assist providers with examinations and minor procedures
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance for weekend operations
- Respond to patient inquiries and triage urgent requests
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and support staff
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or EMT-P preferred
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Weekend availability essential (no weekday shifts)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic ECG and phlebotomy experience
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Valid Pennsylvania healthcare provider license
