Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations during weekend shifts, ensuring exceptional customer service and team performance
- Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company protocols
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and visual presentation standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations promptly and professionally

Qualifications
