Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Inspect, sort, and prepare products for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Collaborate with the floor team to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control standards at all times.
- Process incoming and outgoing inventory with precision using inventory management software.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks while adhering to weight limits and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to resolve operational issues quickly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Mesa facility.
- Proven ability to work well within a team-oriented environment.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
