Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 weekend staff members, ensuring optimal scheduling and performance
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Resolve client escalations with precision and professionalism
- Conduct shift handovers with detailed documentation
- Train weekend staff on service excellence protocols
- Monitor inventory and resource allocation for weekend operations
- Generate performance reports for weekend analytics
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in service/hospitality/healthcare
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-10PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Proficient in scheduling software (e.g., Deputy, When I Work)
- Valid DC security clearance or ability to obtain immediately
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
