Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance with safety protocols
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability and performance excellence
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material movement across distribution channels
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and maintain client relationships
- Generate performance reports and analyze key metrics for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless handover and operational alignment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of logistics/supply chain management experience
- Proven leadership experience in shift-based environments
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
