We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Shift Supervisor to ensure seamless operations from Friday evening through Sunday close. You will lead a diverse team, drive sales, and maintain the highest standards of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during weekend shifts, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of associates to meet and exceed sales targets and service goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and execute stock replenishment strategies to minimize shrinkage.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with grace and professionalism.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and visual merchandising standards.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Proven track record of driving sales and managing customer relationships.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and make quick decisions.
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons.
