Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 team members during weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Oversee inventory management, cash handling, and safety compliance
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Train new staff on operational procedures and company standards
- Prepare shift reports and performance metrics for leadership review
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless operations handover
- Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Available for flexible weekend shifts (including holidays)
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
- Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation
