Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations, ensuring safety protocols and productivity standards are met
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 staff members, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Coordinate inventory management, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation
- Optimize shift workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues to management
- Prepare shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors for seamless handover processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management abilities
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to work flexible weekends and occasional holidays
- Valid Colorado driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
