Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations including staffing and inventory management
- Train and mentor part-time weekend staff on product knowledge and customer service standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues with professionalism
- Monitor sales floor activities and ensure compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with weekday management team for seamless handovers
- Conduct opening/closing procedures and cash handling responsibilities
- Submit accurate weekend performance reports to district manager
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience in retail/customer service
- Availability for flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun, 6am-10pm)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Basic proficiency with retail POS systems and inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Ohio driver's license for occasional store transfers
