Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor weekend warehouse staff (15-20 team members)
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and inventory control
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols implementation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless shift transitions
- Monitor KPIs: order accuracy, on-time delivery, and productivity metrics
- Resolve operational escalations and implement process improvements
- Conduct shift handovers and detailed reporting to leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Excellent conflict resolution and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
- Forklift certification required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
