Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure seamless workflow.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 5-10 warehouse and logistics staff members.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock discrepancies, and coordinate with the procurement team.
- Handle customer service inquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently during peak hours.
- Conduct end-of-shift audits, prepare performance reports, and close out daily logs accurately.
- Train new hires on weekend-specific procedures and safety equipment usage.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business or Logistics is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or operations role within a logistics or warehouse environment.
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic inventory management software.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
