Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend shift operations ensuring exceptional customer service
- Train and mentor part-time staff on product knowledge and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism
- Implement visual merchandising standards for weekend promotions
- Conduct opening/closing procedures including cash handling
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems
- Valid Florida driver's license (if applicable to location)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Weekend availability is non-negotiable
