- Supervise 10-15 weekend warehouse staff, including onboarding and performance management
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, ensuring timely dock-to-stock operations
- Implement process improvements for weekend workflow efficiency
- Conduct safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance standards
- Manage inventory control systems and reconcile weekend discrepancies
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for operational continuity
- Generate weekend performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and inventory management
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday oversight
- Excellent conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
