Responsibilities
- Manage weekend staff scheduling and patient care coordination
- Conduct shift handovers and ensure seamless transitions
- Oversee medication administration protocols
- Respond to emergency situations with clinical precision
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
- Train new weekend staff on facility procedures
- Prepare weekend shift reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in Pennsylvania
- 2+ years supervisory experience in healthcare
- ACLS/BLS certification required
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun 7am-7pm)
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- EHR proficiency (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
