Responsibilities
- Execute accurate inventory counts and stock management using handheld scanners and WMS systems.
- Load and unload freight trucks safely, ensuring proper handling and organization of goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Collaborate effectively with the day shift team to ensure a smooth transition of operations.
- Assist in resolving daily operational issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is a significant plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and unwavering commitment to safety protocols.
