- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues on weekends.
- Assist customers with account management and basic device setup (smartphones, laptops, tablets).
- Manage weekend inventory and ensure all support equipment is stocked and functional.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all weekend visitors.
- Document technical issues and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless transition of support tickets and client information.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest tech trends and product knowledge to provide accurate advice.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary education is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
