- System Maintenance: Assist in routine system updates and patch management.
- Remote Access: Utilize remote desktop tools to assist users experiencing connectivity issues.

Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or customer service.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and basic networking concepts.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
