Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unpack incoming freight to verify quantity and condition.
- Pack, label, and prepare items for shipment using standard packaging materials.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software to track inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse floor at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding hazardous materials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to the Richmond facility.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
