Responsibilities
- Sort, pack, and label packages with precision and speed
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipment goals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
- Track inventory using handheld scanners and digital systems

Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday, 6 AM-2 PM or 2 PM-10 PM)
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
