Responsibilities
- Perform receiving, sorting, and staging of incoming merchandise with high accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory in real-time.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) as scheduled.
