Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on 99% accuracy.
- Load and unload freight trucks safely, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
- Perform daily inventory counts and stock organization to manage inventory levels.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and within training guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
