Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify incoming inventory against shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in the packing, labeling, and staging of products for distribution.
- Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures strictly.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless shift transitions.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level applicants.
