Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping of orders with 99% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and according to protocols.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with the team lead to optimize workflow during high-volume weekend shifts.
- Unload trucks and verify incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Louisville facility.
