Role Overview:
As a Weekend Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain operates seamlessly during peak hours. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with 99% accuracy.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and update stock levels.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
