Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks and pallets using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform inventory counts and organize stock to maintain accurate warehouse records.
- Assist in packing and labeling shipments according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with the team lead regarding daily operations and any issues that arise.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges with a positive and professional attitude.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
