As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and eager to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) without the need for prior experience.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport freight safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Package and label items according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software (WMS) accurately.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (on-the-job training provided).
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
- Availability to work weekend shifts and holidays as needed.
