Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders for accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner to meet shipping deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for the right candidates.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn RF scanner software.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.
