Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, packages, and materials safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated areas to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling, weighing, and applying shipping materials.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Assist in processing returns and managing inbound/outbound logistics.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid forklift operator certification.
- Must be physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility in Brooklyn, NY.
