Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently use pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Quality Control: Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks and trailers within designated timeframes.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand work orders and safety instructions.
- Availability: Immediate availability to start work within the next 7 days.
