Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks.
- Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment (including forklifts and pallet jacks) safely to move materials.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and shipping details.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
