Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and report discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or defects before processing.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is available.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Driving: Valid driver's license may be required for local delivery tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
