As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain remains uninterrupted during the critical night hours.
Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move inventory efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate stock counts, cycle counts, and manage incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Picking & Packing: Fulfill customer orders with precision, ensuring proper packaging and labeling standards are met.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all safety protocols and regulatory compliance are followed.
- Shift Coverage: Maintain high productivity levels during assigned night shifts and weekends.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs frequently, and perform repetitive motions.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
