Responsibilities
- Pack and Label: Accurately pack, seal, and label all outgoing shipments according to company standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stocktaking and maintaining accurate inventory records for weekend shifts.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided).
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekend crew to meet daily throughput goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (or specific weekend shifts) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in packing and labeling tasks.
- ID Requirement: Must possess a valid government-issued ID or driver's license.
- Reliability: A history of consistent attendance and punctuality.
