Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely load, unload, and stage merchandise using forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hire).
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, verify, and store incoming inventory to ensure stock accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high attention to detail and speed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company security protocols at all times.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; no experience required for motivated candidates.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a history of punctuality are essential.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
