Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with precision and speed.
- Load and unload freight safely using proper equipment and techniques.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and data entry to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of orders for shipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
