Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select items from the warehouse floor and prepare them for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in daily stock counts, cycle counts, and organizing inventory to maintain accurate records.
- Truck Loading: Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring products are secured and handled with care.
- Equipment Operation: Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols and certifications.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
- Data Entry: Scan barcodes and input data into warehouse management systems with high accuracy.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (or specific weekend blocks) on a recurring basis.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and attendance is required.
- Basic Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer interfaces.
- License: Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required for indoor roles.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
