Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Efficiently and accurately select merchandise for orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and conducting regular stock counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging before shipping.
- Load and Unload: Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks with speed and care.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be able to provide valid identification and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliability: A track record of punctuality and dependability is essential.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
