Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move inventory safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Organize stock in the warehouse to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and organized before and after shifts.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with packing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and management regarding daily operations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Miami facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
