Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts, ensuring maximum efficiency and accuracy.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to maintain high performance standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and manage stock rotation to prevent discrepancies.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping accuracy.
- Perform quality control inspections on incoming and outgoing goods.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns to upper management promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Strong proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
