Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead a team of 8-10 warehouse associates during overnight shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and digital tracking tools
- Conduct quality control checks and resolve operational discrepancies
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless weekend shipping schedules
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory and operational metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with weekend/overnight scheduling
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams in high-pressure environments
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma required; associate's degree in logistics preferred
