Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve complex issues across multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat)
- Maintain detailed records in CRM systems with 99% accuracy
- Meet/exceed KPIs: 30+ calls/day, 90% CSAT, <60s AHT
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize customer journeys
- Stay updated on product knowledge and compliance protocols
- Identify upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth
Qualifications
- 2+ years call center or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk preferred)
